Digital Signature:

Ministry of Company Affairs (MCA), Government of India (GoI) has initiated MCA21 program, for easy and secure access to 'MCA' services. MCA stands for Ministry of Company Affairs and '21' stands for a 21st Century Initiative. 

A Digital Certificate is your identity on the internet. MCA requires to verify the authenticity of the person e-filing. Digital Certificates (also called Digital Signatures) are the digital equivalent (i.e. electronic format) of physical or paper certificates. Examples of physical certificates are driver's licenses, passports or membership cards. Certificates serve as identity of an individual for a certain purpose, e.g. a driver's license identifies someone who can legally drive in a particular country. Likewise, a digital certificate can be presented electronically to prove your identity or your right to access information or services on the Internet. It is a set of codes that is unique only to you. It cannot be tampered. You are therefore required to get a Digital Certificate from an authorized body to comply with online filing.

Associate Agreement

• All the Associates are required to fill this Associate Agreement & make two copies for it. One of the Copies is to be filled on Rs. 100/- Stamp Paper while other being the Xerox. Both the copies should be duly signed, with company seal on each page. The two witnesses are required get this agreement undersigned on the last page of the Agreement.
